Your such an inspiration to me! I'm 19 and last august got hearing aids. It's been a difficult battle for me of accepting myself and not thinking that people won't judge me and transferring colleges next year is going to be ten times as difficult but i think your such an inspiration and am glad i stumbled upon this blog :)
Delaney will love your comment! She relates to the struggle....for sure. Especially when it comes to wearing her cochlear implant. Fortunately she has such a fantastic group of friends who don't really care one way or another about her hearing (and three siblings who are in the same boat ;)
Well I think it's soo awesome and I hope to one day have that/be comfortable with myself!!
