My husband Rob and I have our 20th high school reunions this year. Really, it's *been* 20 years???? How? It seems it was not that long ago we met at UCSB. Of course, the four kids remind me daily of the fact that time has gone by. The big question is: To go or not to go? Rob has expressed very little interest in any of his reunions, but I kind of think it might be fun- maybe? The bad news is, mine is on a weekend my daughter has a soccer tournament in Seattle. So, it's not looking like I will get to go. And, his is on a school weekend in the Fall. Not overly helpful in planning a road trip.
So, for all of you old geezers out there (oh come on....you know who you are). Did you go, and was it worth it?

Went to my 15yr reunion and the best thing I can say about it is this...the mean girls didnt age well...seems they peaked in high school. Warmed my heart.
HA! That alone might make it worth it :) The 10 year reunion revealed a good amount of plastic surgery. Kind of curious to see if there is even more at the 20 year.
Mine was last summer but I didn't go. I really regret it.
I graduated in 1989...so I have one more year to go! I didn't go to the 10- or 15-year....I might try the 20-year though.
Man...20 years sounds so LONG, doesn't it?!?!?!?!??!
I'm a 1988 grad as well! I'd love to go, but my friends and I (I'm still in touch with high school buds) can't figure out when it is. We don't think anyone planned one. One of my friends went to her 20 year reunion this fall and had a total blast.
I'll date myself even more - our 20th college reunion is this fall. We're hoping/planning to go. High school - eh, not interested, even though its only the other side of town.
I've done a much better job of staying in touch w/ my college friends, so I can understand your point Katherine :)
